Join UHS as a Dual-Licensed Mental Health & SUD Counselor – M-F Day Shift in Minneapolis, Minnesota, US. Responsibilities Foundations Minnesota is seeking a talented and dynamic LADC Counselor - Dual Diagnosis to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
The counselor will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group counseling sessions. They are responsible for progress reviews and continuing care planning for patients within the Pride Program.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current LADC license, with LPCC, LGSW, or LMFT licensure strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in the chemical dependency field and specific training in co-occurring disorders.
