Join Pinnacle Treatment Centers as a Lead Counselor OTP – M-F Day Shift, No Weekends in Merced, CA, USA. Key Responsibilities
The Lead Counselor manages an individual caseload while providing leadership, training, and clinical oversight to the counseling team. They ensure all documentation, treatment plans, and facility operations comply with federal, state, and agency standards.
Requirements
Candidates must possess certification as an Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor or hold current licensure/license-eligibility with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology. Strong clinical skills, leadership experience, and proficiency in documentation and regulatory compliance are required.
