Job description
Greater Portland Health is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Behavioral Health Clinician to provide outpatient counseling services to patients at our Brickhill location in South Portland.
We're looking for someone who brings:
* Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of mental health conditions
* Experience providing crisis intervention and risk assessment
* A collaborative approach to working with primary care, psychiatric, and interdisciplinary care teams
* A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and patient-centered care
* A genuine passion for serving historically marginalized communities, including individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or BIPOC
Qualifications Full licensure is preferred (LCSW or LCPC), though strong conditionally licensed candidates (LMSW-CC or LCPC-C) are encouraged to apply. We value compassion, collaboration, and commitment to our mission as much as experience and credentials.

Requirements
Candidates should have experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions, as well as providing crisis intervention. Full licensure (LCSW or LCPC) is preferred, though conditionally licensed candidates (LMSW-CC or LCPC-C) are encouraged to apply.
