About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Psychologists and Board-Certified Psychiatrists to perform one-time, non-treatment Compensation & Pension (C&P) disability evaluations for U. S. Veterans.

In this role, you will review medical histories, conduct in-person evaluations (with potential telehealth opportunities), and complete electronic Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). There is no ongoing treatment, therapy, or prescribing involved.

Key Responsibilities

Review Veteran medical records, service history, and prior exam documentation.

Conduct non-treatment behavioral health evaluations and complete DBQs/Medical Opinions using an electronic portal.

• Explain the evaluation process to Veterans and accurately capture exam findings.
• Submit completed exam charts within 24–48 hours post-assessment.
• Administer and interpret psychological testing as required.

Qualifications

Psychologists: Ph. D. or Psy. D. from an APA-accredited program with a focus on adult populations (Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology).

Psychiatrists: MD/DO with Board Certification or completion of a 2-year specialty residency.

Active, unrestricted U. S. state professional license.

• Strong computer proficiency and comfort with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Excellent time management, critical thinking, and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience conducting VA or C&P disability evaluations.
• Strong background in clinical assessment.
