As a Physical Therapist, you will perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop a comprehensive plan-of-care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation. Position: Physical Therapist - Home Care (Philadelphia County)
Shift: Full Time Day Shift, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Weekend and holiday rotation.

Experience

1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.

Education

1. Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required. 2. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures/Certifications

1. Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license. 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire. 3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will perform detailed clinical assessments and develop comprehensive care plans based on individual patient needs. They will provide quality home care physical therapy services to help patients regain physical mobility.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy and a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license. A valid driver's license and insured automobile are required for travel to patient homes.
