The Physical Therapist will perform detailed clinical assessments and develop comprehensive care plans for patients in their homes. They are responsible for providing quality physical therapy services to help patients regain physical mobility.
Candidates must be graduates of a Physical Therapy program with a valid Pennsylvania license and BLS certification. A Bachelor's degree is required, and at least one year of clinical experience or a clinical affiliation in home care is necessary.
