Your Role on the Team

The Clinical Associate Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care, including the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of routine and complex gynecologic conditions.

The incumbent will perform office-based gynecologic procedures and surgical interventions consistent with their training and experience, provide preoperative and postoperative care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and complying with all applicable departmental, University, state, and federal policies and regulations.

What It Takes to be Successful

Required

Candidates must possess a M.D./D.O. or equivalent degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Active and current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Board-certified and have California licensure.
  • Knowledge of clinical practices and the ability to exercise sound clinical judgment in patient care.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and fostering a positive patient experience.
  • Knowledge of general gynecology and outpatient women's health principles and practices.
  • Ability to perform surgical and procedural duties consistent with training, experience, and clinical competency.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term patient relationships while supporting continuity of care.
  • Experienced in providing and/or oversight of care.

Compensation Range: $345,000-$400,000
