Key Responsibilities
- Student Support & Psychological Safety.
- Provide brief one-on-one check-ins and emotional support within the learning environment.
- Help students regulate stress, navigate challenges, and stay engaged in the program.
- Assess emotional intensity and respond appropriately within scope (non-clinical setting).
Requirements
- Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, PMHNP, or equivalent).
- 3–5+ years post-licensure experience (ideally with veterans or high-stress populations).
- Experience teaching, facilitating, or working with adult learners.
