Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Director of Nursing provides clinical supervision to ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance within the nursing department. They also support the Director of Nursing, manage staff oversight, and coordinate infection control and quality assurance initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Illinois and possess at least two years of leadership experience in a clinical setting. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred, along with strong organizational and technological skills.
