Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including medication order verification, sterile compounding, and clinical interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes. They also collaborate with the healthcare team, mentor students and residents, and participate in formulary management and scholarly activities.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy and be licensed or license-eligible in Kentucky. A PGY-1 residency or three years of relevant experience is preferred, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
