The Physical Therapist assesses patients and develops an age-appropriate
treatment plan based on functional abilities. S/he adheres to the Standards of
Physical Therapy Practice. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Collaborates with Rehab Team Members
* Performs Training Duties as Assigned
* Assists with Department Function

QUALIFICATIONS

* Education: Bachelor’s Degree  
* Experience: 0-2 yrs
* License: LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST
* Certifications: BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
