Physician – Advanced Wound Care

We partner with skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals to deliver exceptional, evidence-based wound care in the post-acute setting. What You’ll Do
* Wound Care Leadership
* Perform comprehensive assessments of acute and chronic wounds.
* Develop and implement individualized, advanced treatment plans.
* Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, skin grafting, and infection control.
* Collaborative Care Coordination
* Partner with on-site nursing and rehab teams to ensure seamless patient care.
* Communicate treatment goals, progress, and adjustments across teams.
* Facility-Based Mobility
* Travel to multiple skilled nursing and post-acute facilities on a regular schedule.
* Ensure timely, efficient delivery of wound care in every location you serve.
What We’re Looking For
* Licensed Physician in good standing (state-specific).
* Board Certified (Required).
* 1+ years’ experience in advanced wound care highly preferred.
* Certification in wound care (CWSP, CWS, WCC, WOCN, CWOCN) is a plus.
* Must have reliable transportation and a passion for field-based care.

Monday to Friday, dayshift
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive assessments of acute and chronic wounds while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with on-site nursing and rehab teams to ensure seamless patient care across multiple facility locations.
Requirements
Must be a licensed physician in good standing and board certified. At least one year of experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred.
