Outpatient radiation therapy at north Alabama's leading cancer center. ARRT registered. BCLS required. Stand and walk up to 8 hours.
Join One Oncology as a Radiation Therapist in Alabama. Clearview Cancer Institute is north Alabama's leading cancer treatment facility. For over 30 years Clearview Cancer Institute has provided leading-edge treatment and compassionate care to those diagnosed with cancer or blood disorders.
Requirements
- Education/Experience Must be a graduate of a JRCERT approved program for Radiation Therapy and be ARRT registered.
- Must have BCLS certification.
- Working conditions: This position works in the radiation department of a busy oncology/hematology/radiation clinic.
- This person has direct contact with patients, some of whom are very ill.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
Work with One Oncology in Alabama.
Key Responsibilities
Performs all aspects of radiation therapy, including simulations, treatments, and quality control procedures. Responsible for maintaining accurate patient documentation, billing, and monitoring patient side effects.
