Key Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy sessions and conduct clinical assessments to identify client treatment needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and coordinating care with other providers.
Requirements
Requires a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Must hold an active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
