- Base salary starting at $620,000, with opportunities to earn more than $1.1 million annually while maintaining a generous vacation schedule
- Shift-based model with very flexible scheduling, 154 in-house shifts per year

Qualifications
BC/BE in Pediatric Anesthesiology
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology (or equivalent advanced clinical expertise.)
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of California
