Join our Team - We're Growing and Seeking a Skilled BCBA at our Cedar Hill Treatment Center!

For 25 years, Behavioral Innovations has been a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy. Our vision is to be the #1 trusted resource for all individuals with autism. We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who shares our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care.

Why Join Us?

A Clinician-First Model: We structure our centers so BCBAs can focus on clinical quality... not administrative overload. With centralized support for intake, authorizations, billing, and recruiting, you’re able to prioritize supervision, programming, and family collaboration.

Sustainable Caseloads: We believe strong outcomes require manageable caseloads and protected time for supervision, training, and collaboration.

Structured Onboarding: Every BCBA receives a customized onboarding plan and dedicated ramp-up support, so you feel confident (not overwhelmed) in your first weeks.

Leadership That Understands ABA: Our leadership team includes experienced BCBAs who remain actively involved in clinical direction and decision-making.

Clear Growth Pathways: Whether your goal is senior clinical leadership, center leadership, or mentorship, we provide defined pathways to help you grow intentionally.

Largest center-based provider: With 100+ locations across TX, OK, CO, VA, MD, and NC.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive Salary: Earn between $92,000 - $104,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
  • Paid Time Off: 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, giving you time to recharge and take care of yourself.
  • Professional Development: Access free internal CEUs, university partnerships with tuition discounts, and company-paid BCBA State Licensure Renewal and 8-Hour Supervision Training.

Professional Development & Support

Structured BCBA Onboarding: A customized virtual orientation plus 6 weeks of supported ramp-up training designed to set you up for long-term success.

Ongoing Clinical Development: Free internal CEUs, 30+ annual CEU hours, established clinical frameworks, and automated clinical tools that reduce administrative burden.

  • Licensure & Supervision Support: Company-paid BCBA state licensure renewal and 8-hour supervision training.
  • Career Pathways: Clear advancement opportunities with ongoing leadership development for those ready to grow.

Centralized Administrative Support: Dedicated home office teams for intake, hiring, authorizations, billing, and recruiting — so you can focus on clinical quality.

Strong RBT Training Model: Structured RBT onboarding and mentorship, including a Buddy system to promote collaboration and team consistency.

Employee Benefits & Wellness

Comprehensive health insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision.

Additional Benefits: FSA, Life/ADD, Short & Long-term Disability, Accident & Critical Illness, Pet insurance, and more.

Programs Offered: 100% Tuition Reimbursement Program, ABA Intern, Referral Bonuses, Employee Recognition, Employee Perks.

  • 401(k) eligibility, Wellbeing Program, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Daily Pay, and more.

Qualifications

  • State Licensure (if applicable)
  • Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services
