Join Our Friendly, Patient-Focused Dental Team! Rolling Hills Family Dentistry is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on Fridays. We are a warm, welcoming family practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a comfortable and supportive environment. You'll work alongside two experienced general dentists, Dr. Rani Shina, who has been serving patients since 1999, and Dr. Dana Baba. Our close-knit team values collaboration, professionalism, and building lasting relationships with our patients. Our practice features a modern, thoughtfully designed 4-operatory office where patient comfort and personalized care are always the priority. We are a PPO and fee-for-service practice, allowing our team to focus on quality patient care and meaningful patient relationships. Compensation

$60 to $65 per hour, based on experience and skillset

Schedule

• Part-time
• Fridays
• One-hour lunch break
• Typically 60-minute appointments for adult patients
• Typically 30-minute appointments for pediatric patients

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis and preventive treatments
• Take and process digital radiographs (X-rays)
• Perform periodontal assessments and record clinical findings
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive treatment recommendations
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Support a positive, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every patient
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygiene license in California
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Friendly, professional, and compassionate chairside manner
• Strong understanding of dental hygiene principles and periodontal care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with both adult and pediatric patients is preferred
• Practice Details
• General Dentistry with Endodontic, Periodontal, and Oral Surgery services
• PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base
• Privately operated family dental practice focused on personalized patient care
