Job description
Graduate from an accredited school of Pharmacy with BS in Pharmacy or a PharmD.
Current licensure as Registered Pharmacist by passing examination of State Board of Pharmacy in Pennsylvania.
6- 8-week training period to become acquainted with specific hospital procedures and policies.
Current CPR certification
Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist will provide inpatient pharmacy services and participate in a training period to learn hospital-specific policies. They are responsible for ensuring safe medication practices within the hospital environment.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BS in Pharmacy or a PharmD from an accredited school and possess a current Pennsylvania Registered Pharmacist license. Additionally, a current CPR certification is required for the position.
