Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
The therapist will conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions while managing a caseload and implementing client treatment plans. They are also responsible for documenting interventions and attending multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure progress.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work or a related mental health field and possess a valid Virginia license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, RIC, or SiSW. A minimum of two years of experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health capacity is required.
