Key Responsibilities
The Social Service Weekend Coordinator is responsible for managing weekend social work services, including scheduling PRN staff and coordinating patient visits. They also provide direct psychosocial support, crisis intervention, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address urgent patient needs.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and an LCSW license is preferred. Previous leadership experience in a healthcare or hospice setting is highly desired along with strong technical skills for EMR documentation.
