Job Description
Duties include completion of diagnostic assessments in an outpatient facility as well as crisis management for those who have been identified as having a substance use disorder (SUD).

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human service-related field. Previous experience with SUD clients preferred. Applicant must possess excellent documentation and time-management skills.
Applicant must be available Monday through Wednesday from 9am – 3pm and Friday from 9am – 2pm.

Requirements
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field and possess strong documentation and time-management skills. Previous experience working with substance use disorder clients is preferred.
