Key Responsibilities
The Pharmacist-in-Charge is responsible for the legal operation of the pharmacy and ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations. They provide clinical oversight, supervise pharmacy staff, and manage inventory to ensure patient safety and quality care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Texas Pharmacist License and be eligible to serve as a Pharmacist-in-Charge. A thorough knowledge of the Texas Pharmacy Act and DEA regulations is required.
