Conduct virtual patient encounters across a broad scope including urgent, primary, and chronic disease care. Collaborate with care coordination teams and maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
Requires board certification in Internal, Family, or Emergency Medicine with at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience. Must hold active, unrestricted medical licenses in at least 5 to 8 US states depending on IMLC status.
