The Behavior Analyst will lead and support Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity. They will also conduct functional behavior assessments and develop innovative ABA programs to help clients reach their potential.
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and an active LBA certification in the state of New York. The role requires the ability to work locally and perform in-person supervision as needed.
