Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Representative will support providers with scheduling, patient registration, and electronic health record management. They will also assist with clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, processing prior authorizations, and triaging behavioral health emergencies.
Requirements
Candidates must be BLS certified and bilingual in English and Spanish. A minimum of three to six months of related experience is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
