Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Representative provides essential support to providers by managing schedules, facilitating patient communication, and coordinating language interpretation services. They also assist with patient registration, process referrals, and maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record system.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a BLS (CPR & AED) certification and possess strong communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. While not strictly required, a one-year certificate from a technical school and bilingual English/Spanish speaking abilities are preferred.
