Behavioral Health Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Team Lead monitors behavioral health services, provides clinical guidance to team members, and ensures a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment for participants. They also facilitate recovery groups, manage crisis interventions, and coordinate care with external service providers.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience, along with at least two years of experience in homeless services or co-occurring disorders. Proficiency in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and the ability to pass a background check are required.
