Licensed Primary Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Primary Therapist provides individual and group therapy while developing and updating individualized treatment plans for clients. They also perform clinical assessments, manage crisis interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Active or pending licensure such as LPC, LCSW, LSW, or LCADC is preferred, along with experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings.
