Training & Development

Therapy with Purpose is seeking a compassionate therapist who is committed to helping clients grow, heal, and work toward meaningful change.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy within your qualifications and scope of practice.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with providers and support staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain a weekly active caseload of at least 12–15 clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
• Appropriate active Arizona license or credential for the role.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Contract Compensation

• Master’s-level therapist: 50/50 split, with supervision provided.
• Independently licensed therapist: 60/40 split.
• Splits represent the therapist’s share/practice’s share.
