Position Summary The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with mental, emotional, behavioral, educational, and developmental disorders. The LCSW also provides psychotherapy for individuals (children, adolescents, adults), couples, families, and groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Makes assessments and interpretations based on biopsychosocial evaluations, semi-structured interviews, therapy sessions, and psychometric tests.

• Formulates and creates personalized interventions, treatments, and patient management plans.

• Diagnoses and treats various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Conducts ongoing case management and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching above or below the shoulder.

• Handling/grasping documents, medical and office equipment.

• Sitting or standing for short or extended periods.

• Clear speaking and adequate hearing to communicate effectively and respond appropriately in person and on the telephone.
