Urgent Pet Care, with 2 locations in the Omaha/Papillion area is an AAHA accredited, growth - oriented, urgent care clinic that is making a difference in the lives of our patients, clients, and team members. Our trained technicians, assistants, and client care individuals are dedicated to the mission and values that make us stand out in the community. The premise of our company was modeled after human urgent care facilities. Although open 7 days a week, we close at 12 am weeknights, midnight on Saturdays, and 10 pm on Sunday and holidays. To provide complete care for our patients’ doctors and technicians stay through the night caring for patients. This allows our doctors the time to care for the patients and clients.

The ownership team is made up of 4 veterinarians and a business professional, who believe our team members are a valued and important part of growing our company. Team members are actively involved in company decisions for both current and future growth opportunity. Job Description

We are seeking a PRN/ Relief Emergency Veterinarian to provide coverage during peak times, vacations, and schedule gaps. This role is ideal for veterinarians seeking supplemental income, schedule flexibility, or relief-style work.

Our facility is designed to support efficient, high-quality medicine, allowing you to focus on patient care while working alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

  • DVM or equivalent degree
  • Valid veterinary license in Nebraska
  • Experienced in surgery and Emergency Medicine preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
