Job Description

Vet-Owned. People-First.

Great medicine. A team you trust. A schedule that works for you.

Whether you're looking to supplement your current schedule, step away from overnight ER shifts, or continue practicing meaningful medicine with fewer hours, your next opportunity should fit your life.

At AcutePet Urgent Care in West Chester, you'll practice emergency-level care in an urgent care setting—with clinical autonomy, collaborative support, and the flexibility of a part-time role.

Since opening in July 2024, our team has earned the trust of pet families and local veterinarians. As community demand grows, we're looking for a part-time DVM to join an established hospital with a strong clinical culture and supportive team.

What You Can Expect

Meaningful medicine: Varied urgent care cases, strong diagnostics, and opportunities to put your skills to work.

Part-time flexibility: Continue practicing the medicine you enjoy with a schedule that complements your other commitments.

Support you can access: Experienced colleagues and clinical leadership, including a board-certified criticalist serving as Chief Medical Officer.

No overnight shifts: Our hospitals operate from 10 a. m. to 10 p. m. and are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Veterinarian-owned leadership: People who understand hospital life and respect your clinical judgment.

Whether you're an emergency veterinarian ready for fewer shifts, a general practitioner interested in urgent care, or a DVM looking to stay clinically engaged without a full-time commitment, we'd love to learn what you're looking for.
