Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse Navigator coordinates and manages care for pediatric patients with complex medical needs across the continuum of care. They develop individualized care plans and partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely, efficient, and patient-centered service delivery.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an Associate of Nursing degree and an active Registered Nurse license in Indiana or a compact state. A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience and Basic Life Support certification are preferred.
