• Salary: $150/hour plus Malpractice with Tail
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
• Stipend: $60,000/year (for Medical Directorship)

Key Responsibilities

• Urgent Care Medicine, practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.?
• Full-time will be 12 shifts per month, 2 on-call shifts per month, and managing up to 4 mid-level providers.
• Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a low-acuity setting.
• Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
• Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray.
• All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist, with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders.
• Easy-to-use EMR: VelociDoc with AI Dragon dictation to document patients in 1 minute

Qualifications

Medical Degree (M.D. or D. O)

• Completion of a formal Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency Training Program
• Truly Board-Eligible or Board Certified
• CA Medical License that is active and in good standing
• DEA Certificate
