Job description
Join Geisinger as a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hybrid) - Outpatient Adult in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Assesses patient needs and abilities and develops treatment plans to facilitate improved patient functioning/symptom resolution.
- Provides individual, family, couple and group psychotherapy as deemed clinically appropriate.
- Participates with program planning with the psychiatry team and other applicable team members.
- Evaluates the ongoing biopsychosocial needs of patients, identifying needs and problems and determining a treatment plan.

- Signing bonus: $7,500.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
Work with Geisinger in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Social Work and an active Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license. Ability to successfully pass language competence testing is also required.
