Key Responsibilities
Provides physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain for patients recovering from injuries or disease. Develops personalized treatment plans by examining medical history and evaluating physical abilities.
Requirements
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program and a current state physical therapist license. Candidates must also hold a current Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
