Key Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing supervises resident care staff, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, and manages nursing schedules and medication administration. Requirements

Candidates must hold a current RN, LPN, or LVN license and possess an associate degree in a healthcare-related field. One to two years of supervisory experience and knowledge of assisted living regulations are required.
