Therapist - Child & Family Services

Position Details

Provide quality mental health treatment as part of an interdisciplinary team that facilitates healthy development of children/youth and increased family stability. Services are family-centered, delivered primarily in the home/community to support the work.

Position includes assessment, individual and family therapy, and crisis response. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.

Position Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or related field
• State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.) required
• Bilingual / Spanish preferred
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Prior experience working with children and families
• Knowledge of school systems/supports in Kent County preferred
