  • Maintain regular communication with families, providing parent coaching and support.

Maintain timely documentation, adhere to treatment standards, and oversee program completion and discharge plans.

Oversee program completion and discharge requirements, developing comprehensive discharge plans and reviewing them with students and their families.

Ensure compliance with state laws on documentation, reporting, confidentiality, and working with government agencies.

Qualifications

Fully licensed clinician preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT); however, candidates with associates or provisional licenses will also be considered.

Experience supporting clients with OCD, substance attachment, and eating disorders is strongly preferred; experience with higher‑acuity mental health populations is also a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, professional documentation and to collaborate effectively with families throughout treatment.

Demonstrated clinical competency and commitment to evidence‑based practices; DBT certification not required, but familiarity or training is an advantage.

A desire to grow therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Preferred: Two years of experience as a pre‑licensed or licensed therapist facilitating individual, family, and group therapy; preferred: one year of experience in a residential setting utilizing relational, experiential, or systemic modalities.

Ability to develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated, and ability to pass a state background check.
