Substance Abuse Counselor (LCDC) | Fairfield, OH
- Location: Fairfield, OH
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
About Us
DeCoach Recovery is an addiction treatment center providing evidence-based care to people with substance use disorders. Our Fairfield office is growing, and we are hiring a Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team of professionals.
What You’LL Do
- Lead individual and group counseling sessions
- Support clients in crisis and connect them to resources
- Work with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers
- Keep accurate and timely clinical notes and records
- Take part in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision
Requirements
- Current Ohio LCDC II or LCDC III license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet documentation deadlines
- Ability to work well on a team and on your own
