● Job Title: Full-Time CRNA
● Employment Status: 1099
● Location: Las Colinas, TX
● Salary: $264,000
● Shifts: 4-10's with rotating days off each week - no nights, weekends, or holidays!
● Call: No call
● Case Types: General, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, Urology, ENT, OB/GYN
● Special Requirements: Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but facility is willing to train
● Supervision Model: Independent
● Staffing Grid: OR consists of 4 CRNAs on site daily and 1 MD
Job Summary
We are is seeking a skilled and independent CRNA to join our team at a well-established 100-bed facility in Las Colinas, TX—a vibrant, upscale neighborhood in the heart of the DFW metro area. This opportunity offers a $264,000 1099 base with 6 weeks off, no nights, no weekends, no call, and no holidays. Enjoy the stability of a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, with a rotating weekday off, while practicing full-scope anesthesia independently. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Dallas, Las Colinas is a master-planned urban community known for its upscale living, scenic canals, and business-friendly environment. Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain)
● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, ortho, Endo/GI, urology, OB/GYN and ENT cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
● BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
● Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred.
