Job description

Join Adventist Health as a CT Technologist – Full-Time Day Shift in Hanford, California. Located in a tight-knit community in Kings County, Adventist Health Hanford has been serving the Central Valley since 1965. We are comprised of a 173-bed hospital and many outpatient clinics with primary and specialty care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through geriatric.
  • Produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
  • Uses PACS and teleradiology system to correctly transfer images to the appropriate location.
  • Maintains accurate records, files and billing information. Ensures the integrity of patient medical images and data while adhering to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other patient confidentiality guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

  • Education and Work Experience: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred Licenses/Certifications: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R. T.
