Job Description

That's right.

At Silent Rock Workforce, every pharmacist we send is a direct reflection of who we are. That's why we're selective — and that's exactly what a great pharmacist deserves from a workforce partner.

Is it time for something to change? Ready to shake things up? Find out if we are what you've been missing.

We select pharmacists who bring clinical excellence, professional integrity, and personal accountability to every shift. Whatever your background — retail, outpatient, inpatient, or specialty — we match you to the clients that fit. Work when it makes sense for you. Pay off the loan. Buy the boat. Fund the vacation. We built our model around your life, not around filling a slot.

2–3 years of pharmacy experience in your practice settings

Additional credentials, specializations, or certifications — MTM, compounding, clinical review, behavioral health, long-term care

  • Outpatient Pharmacy — clinic-based and ambulatory care settings
  • Inpatient / Hospital Pharmacy — acute care, clinical, and health system environments
  • Specialty Pharmacy — oncology, infusion, pediatrics, and more
  • Tell us everything — the broader your background, the more we can do for you.
