Key Responsibilities
The Medical Director will partner with network physicians to improve clinical quality, patient outcomes, and total cost of care through data-driven coaching and technology adoption. They will serve as a peer advisor to influence clinical behavior and implement effective population health strategies across the provider network.
Requirements
Candidates must be an MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license and board certification, preferably in Primary Care. The role requires 5+ years of practice experience and a strong background in value-based care, population health, or risk-based models.
