Remote Clinical Pharmacist - IL and WI

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist will work remotely to review, verify, and counsel on prescriptions while assisting with hospital communication and education. They are also responsible for providing pharmaceutical care, managing medication therapy regimens, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school and possess licensure in Illinois and Wisconsin. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform clinical pharmacy duties are required, though no prior experience is necessary.
