Clin Pharmacist - Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

The clinical pharmacist oversees pharmaceutical care by designing and monitoring patient-specific medication therapy regimens and ensuring safe medication use. They also collaborate with the healthcare team, manage formulary adherence, and provide training to pharmacy students and residents.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school and be licensed or eligible for reciprocity in the state of practice. No prior experience is required, but the role demands strong communication skills and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and walking.
