Clinical Pharmacist I - St. Lukes

Key Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing pharmaceutical care, which includes evaluating literature, designing medication therapy regimens, and providing patient counseling on medication use and adverse effects. The pharmacist will also review orders, participate in medical emergencies, support medication safety initiatives, and collaborate with the healthcare team on formulary adherence.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school or an FPGEC certificate, and must be licensed or eligible for reciprocity in the state of practice, along with required immunizations/injectable certification. No prior experience is required, but strong computer, communication, organization, and decision-making skills are necessary, along with the ability to meet physical demands.
