The Pharmacist will deliver Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services and wellness coaching within a newly launched Clinical Engagement Center. They will also develop clinical algorithms, call scripts, and outreach programs to support Medicare Part D performance and client expectations.
Candidates must hold a Pharm.D. degree with an unrestricted license and have at least two years of clinical experience. Experience in a clinical call center environment and knowledge of PBM industry practices are preferred.
