The pharmacist is responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and dispensing medications while providing clinical advice to providers and patients regarding drug therapy. They also provide oversight for pharmacy support personnel and participate in clinical functions such as chart reviews and interdisciplinary rounding.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Pharmacy and hold a valid, good-standing license from the State Board of Pharmacy. Previous hospital experience or completion of a pharmacy residency is preferred.
