Position Overview Coastal Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team serving the Clay County, Florida area.

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care, managing acute and chronic conditions, and developing lasting relationships with patients. We are looking for a physician who values teamwork, preventive medicine, and delivering high-quality care to patients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients. Conduct physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and evaluate patient health concerns. Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate. Provide preventive care, health screenings, and wellness education. Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with advanced practice providers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Follow established clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
